Our self-defense training is based on years of experience from law enforcement and military personnel as well as from years of experience from world class self-defense experts and martial artists. The immediate self-defense techniques and concepts are based on simple, effective realistic responses during adrenal stress.

In addition to immediate self-defense techniques, simple and effective control holds and ground defense concepts and techniques are taught as well.

Our self-defense program is not based on combat sports or traditional martial arts. It is based on effective combat-proven concepts and techniques.
