Our conditioning program is based on functional fitness. We strength train, build endurance, agility, speed and explosive power with the sole purpose of being much more effective at a specific sport, self-defense as well as to improve overall health. We have had a student join CTA who successfully lost 92 lbs. in a year with the goal of living a healthier lifestyle to athletes successfully training to earn Division I football scholarships to a student who trained to successfully complete one of the toughest U.S. military Special Forces selection processes in the world.

CTA staff also conducts extensive research in health nutrition and shares this information with our students.
